Who is the Entertainment Junkie?

I can't count the times over the years  when my mother has walked into a room where I'm watching TV, taken one look at Dexter stabbing a serial killer, zombies tearing apart another poor sap on the Walking Dead or Lena Dunham naked (again) and proclaimed loudly: "We can't be related!" Joke's on you, Mom. We totally are.

 

I am a journalist from Long Beach, CA, hoping to develop an outlet for my first passions -- arts and entertainment.
